Good place with its friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and comfortable rooms. I still remember how they helped with my suitcases during my first stay. Highly recommend for a hassle-free experience. I'm excited to come back for Easter!

We liked rooms with a balcony. Everyone we met from the staff was best and respectful. Its location relatively close to The Apartment was unbeatable and best possible.

I have just returned from a great stay in this trendy boutique hotel, well-appointed and well-designed rooms. It has a nice bar and accommodating and respectful staff. It offers amazing service. The dinner in the attached restaurant is what you need.

Quirky and fairly clean place, outstanding view on the Manhattan's skyline. Good sleep in an extremely comfy bed, airy and neat room. Great and stunning location for visiting eateries and cafes. Nice stay in very trendy area.

Great Location - in the heart of Nolita close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Exceptional Design - rooms are compact but very thoughtfully designed. Amazing staff - friendly and attentive. Overall great stay, can't wait to go back!

Great restaurants nearby, much better than Midtown. Everything was clean, new, well designed, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The cafe was a relaxing place with great street views and good food. Beds and showers are comfortable and well made.
The outdoor space attached to many rooms is not the one in the photo on the web; that's from the penthouse. So the actual bedroom balcony is a strip three feet wide that is unusable for any purpose I can imagine, except smoking. The rooms are small and there is street noise, but we didn't mind because of the great location....if you like edgier "new" places.

I had a light and enjoyable morning meal, with warm croissants and fresh muffins that got me going for the day. The location was perfect for strolls to various shopping spots, and I appreciated the bike rentals available. I felt I could easily explore the neighborhood, and my wife was thrilled with the many shopping options nearby.
I had an issue with the cleanliness in some areas, and the common areas could use more attention.

Staff was very nice and friendly.
We had a really bad nights sleep. The fan for th ac/heater kicked on and off all night. The "white noise" was on the fritz so it went on and off all night. Our door did not lock. Staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself I would not reccomend. Worst nigh's sleep I've had in awhile.

The room, even though it was not as large as rooms in other hotels, it was very relaxing and comfortable and with the "wall" of windows, it allowed a lot of light.

The hotel just opened this summer. The view from the balcony/room and shower to upper Manhatten is just fantastic. The room is not very big but still practical.
All the rooms have problems with a very loud airconditioning. But they are working on this problem.
